The tasting, dispensing and delivery of wines and spirits can only be made to persons over eighteen (18) years of age. By placing the order, the customer assures that he/she or the recipient of the goods is older than eighteen (18) years according to the current legal regulations. In order to comply with the legal regulations, Weingut Poys is also entitled to ship or hand over goods only after confirmation of age by mean of an official photo ID.

The customer further assures that information regarding age, and name and address are correct and ensure that only the customer or a person of legal age authorised by the customer to accept the delivery accepts the delivery of goods.
